Please keep in mind, if you cancel your subscription, it will activate the cancellation after the second order is placed - per our subscription policy.
Once a subscription is canceled, you will lose your subscription savings tier and will need to sign back up for a subscription. When you do, you will begin again at the 5% savings tier.

Orders
Please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake in an order you've already placed. Orders typically require up to 3-5 business days to be processed prior to being shipped.
If you have not yet received a shipping notification email, then it may be possible to make this change for you.
If you have received a shipping notification email, however, then we unfortunately cannot make this change for you, as that means that the order has already been transferred to the parcel service. In such a a case, you may process a return for your order upon receiving it per our Refund & Return Policy.

Your order history can be viewed by logging into your customer account. Your login information for your express checkout provider (i.e. Shop, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, etc.) - and your Skin Balm Apothecary subscription account - is not the same as your customer account.
Note, a customer account is not required to make purchases with Skin Balm Apothecary.

Refunds & Returns
We do our best to meet the needs of all our customers and ensure they are happy with their purchase. As a family owned business we take pride in working with our customers directly. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase if you are not happy with the product.
If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@skinbalmapothecary.com. Attach a photo of the order that is damaged and we will refund you 100% and send you new product.
At Skin Balm Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping & Delivery
It depends on where you are. It can take up to 5 business days to process your order once it's placed, then it is transferred to a parcel service for shipment and delivery.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Delivery within the United States can take anywhere from 2-7 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days, depending on the destination.

We understand the frustration of being told that your order has been delivered when it has not been. Our email delivery system utilizes the same information given to us by the parcel service. Therefore, we are not able to give you more information about the location of your order than the parcel service or your local post office can provide - please consult the tracking number in your shipping notification email to determine the location of your order.
We have found that in most of these cases, all orders will be delivered within 2 days after receiving a delivery notification email. If more than 48 hours have elapsed since you received your delivery notification email, and you still have not received your order, please email us at support@skinbalmapothecary.com and we would be happy to look into this for you.
Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select countries in Europe.
However, we are open to special requests for shipment to other countries. Please email us at support@skinbalmapothecary.com.
For customers shipping their order internationally (i.e., outside the United States), additional taxes, duites, and/or import fees (including VAT) may apply. These fees are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Skin Balm Apothecary is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are solely your responsibility as the customer.
